- Leadership in the country at large should learn to employ democratic approach in leadership. This would help them to carry their subordinates along and help in facilitating the attainment of the society’s objectives.
- Leadership By Example (LBE) should equally be introduced in the state government. This would help government officials of the state to rule and lead well.
- Looking at Adams Ashomhole’s Administration, I am aware that some persons may be suffering some pains as a result of the present effort by this administration to bring about positive changes in the environment but these persons should learn to see beyond their pains for good things do not come easily. Good things come with pains. People must also learn to put the collective interest of the state first before their personal gains.
