Again, related literature can serve as the connecting link between the findings and previous research that has been done in the problem areas and the results of the proposed study.  Review of literature helps to place the researcher in a better position to interpret the significance of study.

Motivation is internal energizer capable of directing behviour in a particular direction by Charles Ray and Charles Elsan (1984:202).

CONCLUSION

From the findings from the respondents, I conclude that organization managers should be concerned most with satisfying the need of its employees and knowing these things with which to satisfy every individual worker in the organization.

The findings indicated that employees should be considered as the most important element in the organization because, they help to increase productivity in an organization.

If they are well delegated to duty associated with motivational factors or incentives which will activate the morale of the employee in the organization.  It is also assumed that these factors can be achieved towards constant modification of the workers in the organization for better productivity.
