RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
INTRODUCTION
In this chapter, we described the research procedure for this study. A research methodology is a research process adopted or employed to systematically and scientifically present the results of a study to the research audience viz. a vis, the study beneficiaries.
RESEARCH DESIGN
Research designs are perceived to be an overall strategy adopted by the researcher whereby different components of the study are integrated in a logical manner to effectively address a research problem. In this study, the researcher employed the survey research design. This is due to the nature of the study whereby the opinion and views of people are sampled. According to Singleton & Straits, (2009), Survey research can use quantitative research strategies (e.g., using questionnaires with numerically rated items), qualitative research strategies (e.g., using open-ended questions), or both strategies (i.e., mixed methods). As it is often used to describe and explore human behaviour, surveys are therefore frequently used in social and psychological research.
POPULATION OF THE STUDY
According to Udoyen (2019), a study population is a group of elements or individuals as the case may be, who share similar characteristics. These similar features can include location, gender, age, sex or specific interest. The emphasis on study population is that it constitute of individuals or elements that are homogeneous in description.

In conclusion, an organization does not exist in a vacuum. It must need people that 9 will put effort together so as to realize the goals and aspiration of the organization. It is pertinent to say that no people no organization, meaning people are the most important assets of an organization or enterprise because without them order factors or production will lie idle.
Therefore, the success of an organization depends on the employee of and organization. If the organization succeeds, its employees are commended and if fails they are blamed for it and employee are the life wire of an organization. Hence the success of an organization depends on the quality of human resources in the organization.
Recommendation
Understand the reality that success of the organization depends or lies on effective human resource management. The recruitment and selection of employees should be free fair so that the best and appropriate employees will be employed and place on the right position which will lead to the higher performance of the employees.
Secondly, the company should be giving incentive to her employees for higher performance, this act will surely boast their morale and be committed to the company should indulge in profit sharing by giving encouraging wages to its employees that make the profit and the machines or materials used.
Finally, the company should not over use her employees rather it should develop training and development schemes for her employees. If a company employees are fired intermittently, it will incur more cost as a result of fresh recruitment and selection exercises will be made.
